The Giftcard

  • The validity period of the TheAnyThing Giftcard is 2 years. The validity starts as soon as the gift card is purchased.

  • You can determine the gift amount yourself, starting from €20 for digital gift cards or €50 for physical gift cards and up to a maximum of €200.
    The gift amount is valid for 2 years.
    Purchase your digital or physical gift card directly via this webshop. A digital gift card is sent to you immediately after payment by email. A physical gift card will be delivered within a few working days to the address you provided.
    Giftcards are only redeemable in the TheAnyThing app. In addition to paying for bookings, the TheAnyThing Giftcard can also be used for drinks and snacks ordered via the TheAnyThing app.
    The TheAnyThing gift card is a payment method that allows you to pay for bookings or food and drink orders via the app. It is not a "credit" linked to your account.

  • A digital gift card cannot be sent directly to the recipient. You will receive it yourself and can forward it immediately.

  • The TheAnyThing gift card is only available for purchase through this website.

  • There are two types of TheAnyThing gift cards available:

    • A digital gift card with a value between €20 and €200. This is a .pdf sent immediately by email after purchase.
    • A physical gift card with a value between €50 and €200. Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same business day by mail.

  • The TheAnyThing gift card can be used for bookings via the app for all TheAnyThing locations. Additionally, the gift card can be used to order drinks and snacks via the TheAnyThing app.

Giving

  • You can easily do this via the webshop. Adjust the number of gift cards to the amount you wish to order.

  • No, it is (currently) not possible to send gift cards to different addresses.
    You will receive the entire order at the address you provided. You can then forward them yourself.

  • The digital giftcard is delivered directly to your mailbox after purchase. Don't forget to check your spam folder. 
    A physical gift card will be delivered within a few working days to the address you provided. Physical gift cards ordered before 16:00, will be send the same day.

  • Orders in the webshop can only be paid for via iDeal.

  • You will receive the digital gift card in your mailbox within an hour after ordering. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder.

    The physical gift card will be shipped the same day if you order before 16:00. It should arrive within 1-2 working days.


  • If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery and the order does not fit through the mailbox, there are a few options:

    • Delivery to the neighbors.
    • The courier takes the package back and will attempt delivery at a later time.
    • The courier delivers the package to the nearest pickup point, where the recipient can collect it.

  • Unfortunately, we do not (yet) ship abroad. Deliveries of physical gift cards are only possible within the Netherlands.

  • You can return the physical gift card within the 14-day reflection period. If you return the physical gift card within these 14 days, you will receive a refund. Please note: this is only possible if the physical gift card has not been used. Contact us when you would like to return your gift card. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. After these 14 days, the physical gift card can no longer be returned.
    Digital gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • The delivery may take a little longer than you're used to. 
    Haven't received anything after a week? First, check with your neighbors. If it's not there, please contact us.

Received

  • Check your balance on the website you are currently on. Click on "Check Balance" and enter your card number and PIN.

  • Are you receiving an error message when using the TheAnyThing Giftcard? First, check whether the card is still valid and how much balance is left. You can check that here.

    If your TheAnyThing Giftcard is valid and has a balance, verify that you are following the correct steps. See the instructions here. If it still doesn’t work, we are happy to assist you via customer service.


  • The TheAnyThing gift card can be used for bookings and for ordering drinks and snacks via the TheAnyThing app.

    When making a booking, before proceeding with payment:

    1. Click on 'Change' next to iDeal and select 'Gift cards'.
    2. Click on 'Book now for...'.
    3. Select the TheAnyThing gift card.
    4. Enter the card number and PIN of your gift card.
    5. Click on 'Redeem Gift Card'.


    If the balance is insufficient, you can complete the payment using one of the other payment methods.


  • If there is any remaining balance, you can use it for a future booking or for ordering drinks and snacks via the TheAnyThing app.

    This is only possible if the gift card is still valid.
