The Giftcard
There are two types of TheAnyThing gift cards available:
Giving
You will receive the digital gift card in your mailbox within an hour after ordering. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder.
The physical gift card will be shipped the same day if you order before 16:00. It should arrive within 1-2 working days.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery and the order does not fit through the mailbox, there are a few options:
Received
Are you receiving an error message when using the TheAnyThing Giftcard? First, check whether the card is still valid and how much balance is left. You can check that here.
If your TheAnyThing Giftcard is valid and has a balance, verify that you are following the correct steps. See the instructions here. If it still doesn’t work, we are happy to assist you via customer service.
The TheAnyThing gift card can be used for bookings and for ordering drinks and snacks via the TheAnyThing app.
When making a booking, before proceeding with payment:
If the balance is insufficient, you can complete the payment using one of the other payment methods.
If there is any remaining balance, you can use it for a future booking or for ordering drinks and snacks via the TheAnyThing app.
This is only possible if the gift card is still valid.
